Managing Your Tenant

Acorn is very aware of your tenants rights and expectations, but dutifully provides you with options to rectify, repair or replace the identified issues or problem set before them, or if misuse is the issue Acorn will ensure that an item is fixed at the tenants cost. The tenant will be appointed with a dedicated personal property manager who will be their point of contact for any issues that may arise and that same property manager will be the point of contact directly with you so nothing gets overlooked or lost in translation
